Welcome to plugin for player 4 where you, the viewer are the
player 4. This is Mark.
Hi and this is Brandon. Huh.
What? Oh, we're starting OK.
He's deaf. No, forget his dementia pills
again. Who's a great?
Guy, what have we been up to? RVRV.
Yeah, you guys have been playing that a lot.
RV. Meanwhile, I'm just like, yeah,
I did. Yeah, I'm playing my own game.
Yeah, Max was playing RV there yet with sometimes Jack, but
with my wife as well. And Jack sure love stuff.
Fuck that RV up. Dude, I would like to play that
game, but you guys would piss me off.
I have gotten so pissed off at the three of them do.
Like every single time I see I'm like, you guys aren't making
progress and it's been an hour and it's pissing me off.
You guys are trying to go up an elevator.
How hard is it to put down? Planks.
Do you want me to show you how hard it is?
Sir, I've. Seen.
It it's a pain in the. End.
And every single time I look at, I'm like, I could do better than
that and I couldn't do better than that.
That's the hate flow through you.
Meanwhile, I've been over here playing my space game Astro
Near, but you've taken a a little bit of interest in oh.
Yeah, yeah, it looks pretty interesting.
Yeah, you go to different planets and you get different
resources on those different planets, and sometimes you have
to travel back to the planets because you don't have the
resources on the planet you're currently on.
Fair enough. Not that I'm that far in, but
yeah. Yeah, yeah.
What makes you think you're the only one who gets pissed off at
that God damn game? I'm the one that's got a fucking
drive and shit. Someone else fucking drive.
That fucking work. I'm solving the puzzles.
I got babysit. I'm on Jack.
Okay, yeah. Yeah, because they're like, Oh
yeah, we're forces of chaos and we'll feed off of each other.
As me as me and Mark are trying to figure shit out.
Oh son, I know that Jack's just belly flopping onto a fucking
land mine and I was getting tangled up in the fucking winch
wire again. I saw that Jack was like full
speed down the ramp go and then the fucking RV like laying
sideways. I was off the Cliff on the
winch. I, I, I'm just working on
putting the planks down and I hear Jack's voice off at the
distance. He's like, guys.
Oh, that's when he got launched off the edge.
That and he didn't die. He did.
He didn't die. He just don't.
No, he did die. He's down in the water.
I thought that was me. I was in the water.
Maybe, I don't know, I thought he was dead.
I thought I was like guys help? It's so distant.
But I can't turn around for like 4 fucking seconds.
God. It's like wrinkling a pack of
toddlers. Guys please.
Everything went bad very, very quickly.
I couldn't even keep up. I will say I've been meaning to
get back to this big ass bitch. It's my giant crochet dinosaur
that I'm about halfway through. I've been meaning to get back to
it and it's been like a week since I worked on it.
I usually try to do it around today, but I'm just like, now
that it's like been because I stuff it underneath my table by
my desk for where my computer is.
And you know what I'll do around today because it's right there.
Yeah, but then I moved it out for some reason.
And then like it's just not in my immediate view.
So I just don't do. Anything, forget about it.
You, you need, you need to get on that.
Because the longer it takes for you, the longer you go without
doing any work on it, the more you'll have to try to remember
where you were and what you were doing.
Well, that's the thing, I have a thing on my phone that tells me
where I'm at. OK, OK, so there's that.
I'm also not sure if I'm just burnt out or just because I
haven't worked on it. It's probably just you haven't
worked on it. Because I don't, I feel like I
can get back to it, but also at the same time, like, do I want
to? I don't know.
Yeah, yeah. And there are times where I've
done a couple projects where I'm just like, yeah, no, I'm
definitely burnt out. I don't want to do it right now.
I mean, fair enough. Just I I'd say because you're
already halfway, just as soon as you get back into it, look,
you're already making more considerable process progress
towards the end. It's only going to get easier.
Right. And let me check what round I'm
on right now at least for the base body.
I'm on round 54 to 56. I think I'm on 55 right now
because I believe I did one round.
Yeah. And what I'm doing right now is
like just one stitch in each stitch.
So just it's a 1 to 1 And so like no decrease, no increase,
same amount, 3 rounds. So that's like why it's like 54
to 56, Yeah, because it's 5455 and 56 are all the same.
So I think I did one row. I'd have to like feel around for
the bumps, like there's increase or decrease or whatever.
Yeah. But yeah, that that that big old
bundle of Joyce, I'm, I don't want to put a date on it, but
I'm going to guess if I get the stuffing halfway next year, I'll
be done with it. OK.
It depends on the stuffing because.
Yeah. There's.
Going to be a lot of stuff going into that's going to be a lot of
money pounds. And pounds of stuffing.
Yeah. Then once you're all done, we're
going to put it. Probably right in that corner.
Probably get rid of those machines.
OK. Those plug in.
I don't even know what the hell those are.
Those look like plug and play machines.
They are. They're so fucking huge.
I know. And that's why I haven't played
them because, like, do I even do?
I want to see what this is about.
Yeah. Because that's a whole joystick
right there. Yeah.
It's. They're giant heuristics.
Let. Me, move them around.
You can hear it, yeah. And then the button is on.
There's like a button on the base you can see, yeah.
It's weird. Fuck, are you supposed?
To I don't know, I'm not sure if that's like a like a start
button or what, but there's also the buttons on the top.
Yeah, it's I couldn't even just this is like a Mickey Mouse one
and there's a Pac-Man 1 and it's just like a giant joystick.
Single, single giant. Like what would you say?
3 foot. Tall.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. About 3 feet.
Yeah, I, I got these from, I think my, one of my sisters.
I don't even know. I don't think they even played
them. Yeah.
So they just popped them off to you?
Yeah, you can have these. You can have a game room, you
can use them. It's how it works.
It's more for so for decoration than anything.
Yeah. I might ask them if they want
them back. If not, I'll just toss them.
Whatever. Anyway, let's get into it.
Get. Some money out of them, I don't
know. What, 5 bucks on Facebook
marketplace each? Anyway, let's get into this
like. Nothing about these.
Things. No, we don't.
Let's go. Let's get into the topic,
though. Yeah.
My topic is games on our wish list that we're excited for.
This could be they're out already.
This could be they're not out already or waiting on them to
come out. Doesn't matter.
Just, you know, games that we are waiting to buy, whether it's
a Steam sale, whether it's just we haven't gotten it yet, we
haven't gotten around to it. We have other games we want to
play. Whatever.
Yeah. Did anybody want to go first?
If not I got 1. Yeah, they must bring in, Yeah.
Let me get down on this fucking list.
Yeah, you have like you have like 1000 games on your wish
list, not. That fucking many.
Yeah, like 2000. Ish.
Maybe more. Maybe less.
You never know what less. No 3000 at least.
Ginger. Fair enough.
So. You don't do it right.
It's you ginger. Fuck.
OK, You really have to pronounce like sound.
I'm. Going to snap in his neck.
You need to. No, no, it's going to release a
lot of tension in your bones. It's really.
There's my wish list. No, I'm ready.
Get some Brandon. Yeah.
So I it's not out yet. It's supposed to come out this
year, but right, Let's see what happens.
Right. It's a Terminator survivors.
OK. Well, you were talking about
this. Yeah, you were a little earlier,
a little earlier today. It's it's basically Oprah world
survival. I think the story is like after
judgement day. OK, so.
Which movie is that one? That is, Terminator 232 is
Judgement. Yeah.
So, yeah, with this game, you're a What the holy hell is that?
Is that all you have? That's all I've got, yeah.
I was just. Kidding.
I've got like a couple games I still need to add to the wish
list, but yeah, that's fine. So yeah, this this Terminator
survivors and says the survival open world like crafting game.
Oh OK, I was. I was going to ask if it's like
Vampire Survivors. That actually, and you're
scavenging for resources and trying to like any crafting,
survival, open world game, craft your fucking ace.
Yeah, but on top of that, you're having to deal with the
Terminators, which I don't exactly remember, but I don't
know when you start off, I don't think you have weapons to deal
with them because the Terminators are, you know,
they're literally. Yeah, they're T1 thousands.
They're like at least one of them.
Like you're fucking metal and shit so.
You can't. Traditional weapons aren't going
to do anything, you know. What this is kind of sounding
like to me? What now?
I I've never played the game, I've seen it in passing so I
don't really know all the mechanics to the game, but it's
called Generation 0. I've played it, you've played
it. I have played Generation Zero.
Yeah, yeah. Is that the one I'm like?
With the giant robots and stuff. Yeah, 'cause there's like
there's dogs, there's something like walkers, like there's a big
tanky guys. I think there's also like
Dragons or something. There's giant mechanical
leviathans and shit, yeah. It's it is a fun game, I will
say. Yeah.
I don't know if there's like beast building aspects of it.
I've only seen it in the past saying there.
Actually is, I think it was added in an update a couple of
years ago, but it's been a while since I played it.
But when I played it, I had fun with it.
There's like kind of a story about it too.
Yeah. And you have this giant open
world. Basically you start off on a
peninsula and like. The premise of the game is the
game takes place in the 80s and you're a teenager in Sweden.
Is that it? Yeah, yeah, you're you're
playing in Sweden and there's giant robots walking around.
I don't know, like the full on story of the game.
So there's lots of details that I'm missing, but I understand
that the premise is it takes place in Sweden, I think around
Stockholm, if I'm not miscorrect.
Maybe that sounds familiar? And then it's in the 80s.
You're playing as a teenager trying to fight back against all
these robots that I've taken over at least the country.
I don't know the world and. You've got like actual weapons.
I'm talking like 556. You got like the fucking point.
22 million. Like what?
All these like actual guns? It's not like make believe guns.
Yeah, it's actual guns, Yeah. And you, I think they have
different rarities too. And you also have melee weapons.
And some of these mechs are like skyscraper size tall.
They're here. There's also flying ones too,
like beetles. Yeah, yeah.
Think think of like a think of kind of like the the arc from
arc readers. Yeah, but it's, it's like 1980
Sweden. Yeah, there was a little side
tangent, but there was one time me and my buddy were like, Oh my
godness, a dog, let's get him. We both took her to a bats.
It was. We just fucking whale on it and
like each time you whale on it you get electricity, sparks, so
it's like fucking whale on it. I want to get this game and I
actually want to play it. I.
Played it on Xbox so I want to be able to play with you.
I could probably get it for Xbox as well.
I played it for game pass. Fair, fair, fair.
I think it's on Steam. You know what that one is?
I'm sure it's been years since it's been out so I think it'll
be probably be for cheap now. Right.
Like I think the last time I played it, there's this, like,
guy you have to kill, I think, and that's like midway through
the story or something. Yeah.
And so I called him. I'm like, yeah, I'm done.
And like, there's more story. I'm like, I don't want to do
this. Wait, there's like base
building. I think like you can, you know,
set up your base and you get resources out from the wild to
bring to your base. I'm like, yeah, defenses.
Yeah. And then like you can be like,
oh, press this button, start and it's like a kind of a wave
defense, I think. Oh, OK, interesting.
I think. But then you also have like
robots that can occasionally appear because there's different
like areas and it's like, oh, like you have to take out Saint
John or whatever and it's a robot.
It is a robot. And like, the longer you let it
roam, the more experience it gets.
And the higher level it gets, the more dangerous it gets.
God. Well, anyway, said tell us a
little bit more about the About your Terminator game.
So from the little things that they've put out.
You have the blurbs, little blurbs.
Yeah, so besides the terminators you got to worry about, you also
got to worry about other human factions.
Are they like player factions or P or like AI factions?
I think they're AI factions. Is it like a?
Is this a single player game? This or what is this?
It is a. It's single player and online.
Oh. Online Co-op.
Oh, OK. That's interesting.
The reason why I'm, I'm bringing this up is because I actually, I
played on Terminator Resistance. Now that it's a totally
different game. It's not an open world like
this, but you play as somebody, one of the resistance fighters
trying to get in contact with John Connor.
That game in particular I is one of the better Terminator games
because some of these Terminator games are.
Bad. Wait, what's wrong?
Was it the Resistance 1 you said?
Yeah, Terminator Resistance, yeah, it's got very positive
reviews and not surprised because I like I like this game
because you're like I say, a resistance fighter.
There are some stealth stuff in it.
It's not very, it's not very long, but you're infiltrating
this one area that has Terminators in it.
OK. And you don't have any weapons
to fight them. Yeah, you have like an M16
rifle, but that's not going to do anything because you don't
get any plasma weapons until I think later.
So you're having to sneak past these fuckers.
And that definitely that is very impactful.
Yeah. Because you get caught, because
you have like a little detection meter, you get caught.
All of the surrounding terminators now know where
you're. At Oh God.
And let me tell you, they grab you.
Oh boy. And you're like in their face
and shit. And I'm like, Oh my God.
I remember when that happened to me because I ran past 1 and I
guess it grabbed me and be right in its face.
I'm like, oh, hello, but talk about, like, anxiety.
Because I mean, the fucking Terminators, I mean, at least I
think are fucking intimidating as shit.
Yeah. Because they look like a person,
you know? And I also love Terminator
movies. Fair enough.
But yeah, no, this like this survival game honest.
It would be kind of cool, like being honestly kind of makes
sense with the Terminator like lore and everything.
I mean, yeah, people had the scavenge for stuff.
My thing is like I've never really watched the Terminator
movies. I watched I think 2 like a
birthday party when I was God knows how old.
Boy. I mean, it was a sleepover with
like a bunch of like other kids, so whatever.
But like, I don't really remember anything because I was
a kid and I just, I think I just fell asleep.
That's Terminator 2 is the best Terminator.
Yeah, that's what I've heard for.
That's what. And then it goes downhill.
It went downhill really bad, and then it kind of went back up
with I think it was Terminator. Judgment.
Not Dark Fate. Oh, I never.
Heard that that one was after Genesis, which Genesis was bad
because it changed the entire fucking lore.
Her entire. Story is that the is that the
one that came out recently or is that?
That that was years ago. OK, That one in particular,
Genesis was about John Connor I guess if he was captured by
Skynet and was turned into a Cyborg, not a Terminator, but
then in turn made him a bad guy. Which then fucks up the entire
timeline here guys. You.
Basic, you know the the only thing is the most recent one
Dark fame. The way that movie started was
very shocking so they were able to do like the digitizing of
Linda Hamilton and the kid that played Jon Terminator 2 made
them look like they were from the second movie.
Also Arnold as well. Well, so there it opens up.
This movie opens up with them on the beach and then they the
Sarah and John are just hanging out and whatever and here comes
Arnold. Well, he goes kills John right
in front of Sarah, just fucking popped him and walked away.
That's how the movie starts. And then from there, which it
Sarah actually finds that Terminator later.
In the. Movie grow old and you know how
Arnold looks now. Basically he that that
Terminator model was able to acquire like empathy and shit
like that. Like it's fucking weird.
He even has a family. His name is Carl.
Yeah, they also have kids too. Don't ask me how, I don't know.
OK. How you don't know that your
husband is a fucking robot but when oh God when Sarah sees him
fucking tried shotgunning him in the head.
And the one the whole premise of the movie is there's this girl
that Sarah and a future Terminator girl is supposed to
protect. And this this other Terminator,
like, took Sarah's gun. Like, don't do that.
Don't kill him. We kind of need him talking
about Arnold. Yeah, but you know, that that
that movie wasn't bad. OK.
So going downhill and then back up.
It's a little kind of rise back. Yeah, and honestly, I think they
should just leave it. There, just stop because I don't
give it the alien treatment. No, All right, well.
Anyways. I think I want to talk about a
game that I have on my wish list that I am excited for to come
out. OK, so this one says to be
announced. I don't know when the fuck it's
coming out, but it's called Circle Empires two.
OK, you guys probably see me play this a couple times here
and there, but there's a few games in this franchise.
Circle Empires, Circle Empires Rivals.
What the fuck? Why did that I?
Accidentally hit the remote. I'm sorry.
Thanks for flash banging us. You're welcome.
Man, is this Monster Hunter wild?
So bright. My God.
We're transitioning the day here.
Yeah. Why are you turning on this on
the? Third day, God created the sun.
OK. I did.
You were. Saying you were saying.
I'm trying my best too to turn it on.
There's a. Couple games in this franchise,
1 is called Circle Empires, one is called Circle Empires Rivals
which everyone thought was the sequel.
It's the multiplayer version. Then there's also Circle Empires
tactics tog shit. If you like tactical games don't
fucking play it. Because you go to move your
units, you select where all they where all they want to go and
then you press OK go move. The enemies move at the same
time. Oh no.
So there's no way to plan on where the enemy is gonna go, and
you can't undo these turns either.
They so they move with you. Yes, so so like.
So think of like. So think of like XCOM but
instead of each unit moving independently, it's you plan the
routes you hit go when everything moves at once.
Oh, OK, OK. It's not, it's not like turn
based, like oh you move, they move, you move, they move.
No, you plan out your shit. Everybody moves, even the
enemies. Yeah, at the same time.
I think I've heard of this game before.
It is I'm I saw a little bit of gameplay, you know, look fucking
chaotic as all hell. I'm sorry it's garbage, but
Circle Empires and circle empires rivals really good
games. 100% of the first one. So basically the premise.
There's not much premise, but the premise is that there are
circular islands that looked like mountains, so like flat top
mountains and each one can have a different Biome.
So like the, it's usually forest, which has a bunch of
trees, maybe a little bit of Berry bushes for food.
And, and the as well as like you can get banks to to generate
gold and that's your three resources with food gold.
And you can, depending on who your hero is, you can summon
different units. And like there's like there's
ranged units, there's structure damaging units, like they're
built for damaging structures. There's like AOE units, melee,
like I said. And you can even like buff up
with the melee and ranged damage and armor.
And like all these other things, it's actually pretty in depth
for something that sounds so simple and like you can have a
grid of I think 2 by 2, so 44 areas total, 4 circles or I
think up to 7 by 7, so 49 total. OK.
And like they're like I said, there's different biomes.
There's water, they're going to be poisonous water, which when
you put your units in there, they'll slow down just like you
know they would in water. But then they also take damage.
There's like the desert, which grow can grow like some I'm not
even sure. It's like gold deposits, I
think, so you can get gold that way.
And yeah, it's like, Oh yeah, you want to do a monster hunt
against like, a giant Kraken? The map is mostly water, and the
Kraken will spawn the tentacles and send them out any which way
they want randomly. But like, I'm going to attack
here. Right here.
Or you have to fight a dragon. Oh boy.
And so, yeah. Find a fucking dragon, my guy.
Yeah. OK.
Don't you? Not since hell divers.
I think the worst. 1. I think the worst one is like
the the fire mages, the fire source or whatever they're
called, because it's like, all right, go units.
And then it's just all right, all my units are dead.
It's like, Oh my God, how did you kill 500 units with one
singular unit? Yes, it's it's dumb.
It's funny. But yeah, I am really excited
for Circle Empires too because I love that minus minus tactics.
I love that franchise. It's and like the the
multiplayer 1 you get to play with friends.
Yeah. I think you can play with up to
four people, yeah, four people total.
And you guys usually start in a corner and then you can just
take over the map from there. And like you can even like talk
to each like obviously talk to each other on discord or
something like plan out your your attacks.
Or you can even be like, all right, you check for the top.
I attack from the left. It just it just bum rushed the
circle and like me and my friend were actually playing with it.
I attacked a little too early. I got too hasty because I'm like
0600. I can do that with 540I die, all
my units die and they invade my circle, take over my circle.
I still have like 1 worker left. I'm like like into my friend's
circle trying to move it. Because this is like an RTS
game. Yeah, OK.
So you can like click and drag and like select all the units
and then you can just like go here.
And so I'm like, see my worker, see my workers, I'm out of the
game. And then his units died because
they got attacked and we're trying to fucking scramble to
rebuild shit. I'm like, I got like I'm placing
down as many. I got like 3 like nights out or
whatever, like 3 little, 3 little dinky dudes.
I'm like I'm helping to protect. Doing my part to.
Protect his circle. And like, somehow we made it to
beating the entire map, even though like, it's 15K is a lot
in this game. Yeah.
And so we had to take down like I think 15K and the fact that we
were down to like maybe 300. So we really had to build up
circle empires is a lot of fun. So I really can't wait for two.
Yeah. And when does when does 2 come
out? Is that?
It says to be announced OK, and I hope I'm I'm really hoping
it's like the first one where you have like giant mall
warriors like literally just giants and they have like 4000
health yeah, you summon them, they don't die, they just don't
and then you like you. They're pretty cheap in the in
just the first game and rivals they're dog shit, but these mall
warriors are fucking tank like gods.
You send them into a building or into a circle, everything's
dead, everything. Jesus, they're my favorite unit
just to spam down the as many as possible.
All right. All right about you, Mark.
I don't so funny enough my wish list.
Yeah, go on. My wish list on Steam only has
one game in it, but that's also because I don't fucking utilize
the wish list. And this fucking chair they.
Send you emails when games are on on sale.
I don't realize this stuff. I get a lot of emails anyways.
It'll be like, oh, steams, they're like God, pretty pretty.
I get it from schools that I don't attend anymore and stuff
from fucking LinkedIn and indeed and fucking trying to.
You know there's an unsubscribe button, right?
Yeah, and half the time it doesn't even fucking work.
He's not wrong. He is not wrong.
I've tried unsubscribing his shit and like.
Hey, sometimes you aren't trying to inscribe.
It's like, all right, time to spam them with more fucking
e-mail. Yeah, they actually.
Haven't had that problem. There's been very few e-mail.
My God. I get it.
So fucking there was one time pisses me off.
There was one time where my e-mail actually got hacked and
it was. Just just a filled with a bunch
of shit. This is like in the span of like
a day, they just signed me up. I don't know.
And like, I eventually was able to get rid of all of it.
So like, well, even then, like one or two sources gave me.
The sounds of it, it probably wasn't that they hacked your
account, they just got your actual e-mail and they were
like, all right, we're going to go to all these.
No, it was hacked because the my Yahoo was like oh crap cannot
load. Cannot load new emails.
You need to put in your credentials.
No, no. And it signed out.
And it signed you out? Did they change the password?
Yep. Fair enough.
Yep, yes you did. You got heeked.
Geeked. Hecked.
Yeah. Well, anyways, even though even
though I've got only one game on my actual wish list, there are
games that I do want. OK, this man has desires.
I have deserved anyways. I was just waiting for some fuck
shit to happen after you hit your leg.
Fucking explosions. Fuck that thing sets on fire,
The microphone goes. I fucking die.
Go on, Mark. One of the games that I really
want to play is Outer Wilds. So for just to give you some
background, I really don't know much about the game itself.
I know you've played it. I've played the IA little bit of
it. 30 minutes of it. I understand that there's like a
a mechanic where you're going around to different planets and
there's stuff going on. One of the big reasons why I
want to play it is at work. At my desk job, I'm really just
kind of working on test cases and stuff, and I'm listening to
a lot of music to pass the time as I'm working because there's
not really much I can do to interact with people.
So I'm like, all right, might as well just listen to the music
and just kind of pass the time by while I'm working.
And over the summer I get one of the themes from Outer Wilds and
it's just a banjo playing. Wait, is this the planet game?
Yeah, I didn't play this one. I played The Outer Worlds.
You played Outer Worlds, so you played, I think that it was like
an FPS or something. FPS like space.
Yeah, it was like a Fallout kind of thing.
Yeah, that's Outer Worlds. I'm talking about Outer Wilds.
It's kind of an indie game. Yeah, I don't think I've
actually ever really looked at this.
Keep going. I'm going to actually take a
look at those. Yeah, no, I, I, I'm just hearing
the I'm hearing the theme with the banjo going and, you know,
just the music kind of captured me.
And you hear more instruments come in and it's just really
harmonic. And I'm like, oh, this is really
cool. And just seeing a little bit
more of the game people that people really do love the game.
And it's something I just kind of want to check out because I'm
like, I've heard of it before, but yeah, I I haven't really
heard much. And I just want to see what it's
all about. Fair enough.
I mean, I know Jack played it a little bit, but like it rewinds
itself after a while. Yeah, I, I, I, I think he said
he couldn't really figure out how to navigate it, so that's
why he just kind of fell out of it.
Well, I think what happened was he was like looking around
because there's a bunch of dialogue in this game as well,
like on the. Oh yeah, it's very story driven.
Whatever, like on the starting area, and he was just going
through it, just reading stuff, talking to people, whatever you
do on that starting area, and he didn't even get off it before it
rewound. Yeah.
And he's like, OK, what the fuck?
Yeah, why should I play this? Yeah, I'm reading right here.
Yeah, it has a time loop mechanic.
OK, it does. Yeah, it says the game resets
every 22 minutes when the sun explodes.
Oh boy, yeah. And you retain all your
knowledge. Kind of in the same sense.
Death lock, Death loop. Yeah, kinda.
I wanted to play that for a bit. I mean, I've fallen off it.
Like I really wanted to play it, but it is like the same premise
I've. Heard not so great things about
Death Loop though. Death.
Loop. So death loop was pretty much
you're stuck in a death loop and in order to break out of it you
have to kill like 6 individual people.
Yeah, I think it, oh, it's this game.
I think it can take out five targets.
And like, you can like I played this one.
You can like I think stand around and like, listen on, on
conversations, be like, yeah, dude, the boss every time at
5:00 PM or whatever, like whatever they talk about.
Yeah. And some of it can be pretty
funny. Yeah, whatever.
It's kind of like, it's kind of like a mix of Groundhog Day and
Hitman. And like pretty much the more,
the more times you loop around, the more you learn.
And then like there's also like a certain order to take them
out. Yeah, optimally.
And, and it's like the game promises you that you can go
about playing this game however you want, but realistically, in
order to accomplish killing all the people, there's really only,
like Ethan said, 1 optimal way of doing it.
And it just ruins kind of the experience of oh, I can, I don't
think it works. I think it ruins the experience.
It's just replayability ruins it.
Yeah, the first time you're like, because you're still
learning stuff. Yeah, but but as as you play it,
there's really no replayability factor, right.
But yeah, no, I thought the music was really pretty for the
game. I'm like, I really just want to
play this. It sounds really pretty.
It's got really good reviews and I think it'll be a real fun just
single player game to get through all.
Right. Well, I'm going to go ahead and
steal it Brandon because this is 1 we can all talk about.
OK, crash out crew. I am so ready for this game to
come out. Oh God.
I forgot about it, it's so. Fun.
It's on my wish list. I I hope they really do increase
the difficulty of it. I mean, they're gonna yeah,
yeah, they're, I hope there's like a water mechanic where like
waves come in and like push boxes around or whatever.
That'd be awesome. Yeah, I am gonna crash out.
Yeah. And I it's, it's a, it's a fun
little game. It is like, we played the demo,
Like, the first one is just like, oh, like apples, cherries,
oranges, like, whatever, really. You have to put fruits on the
trucks. Yeah.
And then you get to the second one and there's, like, beehives
and honey pots and all. Don't shake the beehives too
much or they'll go after the honey pots and break them.
Or don't be like me who accidentally sent the fucking
thing by accident when Ethan was working on it.
Well what's funny is like oh like it needs like 2 honey pots
and a beehive. If you send one beehive 1
honeypot, it'll like be like schlunk.
All right, sending out schlunk. This is wrong.
Giving me the item. And then we all crash out.
I I felt. So sweet.
Is that what happens? You crash out when that happens.
You have to get it wrong. We all fucking crash out and
saw. Yeah.
Yeah, no, I, I, I felt so bad 'cause I accidentally hit it
with the back of my thumb. Ohh, that's right.
I felt so bad, I'm sorry. You want to know what was so
interesting to me? How quickly we fell into a very
organized group with it. We did.
I was pretty much the runner. Mark, you were like the stacker
and Brandon, you were the sender.
Yeah, I I was organizing the stuff, coming in and getting
ready, getting it ready for you to move.
Yeah. Like it, it, It was so weird how
it turned into a very professional sort of thing.
I was gonna. Say it.
It was cool, man. It was and like the the third
one was the fucking most chaotic so far was like the.
Chickens. You have chickens and eggs and
the chickens can walk around because initially they come off
the truck. OK, we have chickens and then
you go and just walk around. I was like and then we.
Were like Oh yeah we got the graveyard update upgrade.
I wonder what this does? Just how that goes.
Yeah, just and it starts fucking throwing the eggs and the.
Chickens too. It just crossed the map.
It's like I need a chicken, I need a chicken.
I'll wait. I can't run over the eggs
otherwise I'm going to spin out. Or the traffic cone just tosses
a traffic cone. Dude, what are we doing?
When I was trying to send the chickens and the eggs down the
conveyor belt on my side, you should have seen the fuck shit
because the ghosts were over there throwing the eggs, busting
them all everywhere. So I'm trying to grab the
cleaner thing. I do remember there was like.
Every eggs it was bad. From our normal routine into
Brandons handling the intake, you're handling the outflow, and
I'm dealing with the cleanup like, Oh my.
I was trying to get the shit to you as fast as I could, man.
No, you were you. Were doing a good job it.
Was really big and forth. I was like, there's so much
mess. It was funny, like, Oh my.
Egg yeah, from for Mark, for Mark's point of view, because we
played the first three like in in a row, but Mark was like, Oh
yeah, 231, yeah, no, yeah, the easiest one first.
And like since I was the run, it's just like, Oh yeah.
Mark, he has like 8 boosts. Brandon, he has like 12.
I have like 107 boosts 'cause I'm going across the map.
There you were hustling. You're a.
Move hustling shit man, to get it done, man, that was good
shit. I like Brandon cherries, Brandon
cherries. Brandon, you need more cherries.
Thank you, Brandon Cherry. Cherries it was it was so good
when we got those shells set up too so we're like all right, ton
of back stuck everything. Yeah, really.
There were periods where I had nothing to do.
I was just just got a city. There was like, hey.
Lady Virgin. And.
Then I'm trying. To grab the fucking the boxes
off the shelves and one of them goes behind the shelf and I'm
getting angry because I'm like, that's one of the ones I need.
Yeah, no, it's a fun game. Very.
It's chaotic, but in like the best possible way.
It is, and it's like it doesn't. At least from the from the demo,
it wasn't too infuriating. Yeah.
No. It was like it, yes, a little
infuriating, but it's more so like stressful than infuriating.
It's it's more, yeah, it's like a fucking job.
It's like you have anxiety but it's not like.
Yeah. It's not like, oh, I'm about to
fucking just rage out of control.
It's like, oh, it's. My, my, like, my anxiety from it
was like, God, I don't want to fuck up, you know, like I'm so
scared to fuck up. 'Cause I'm like the beehives
would like knock over and you'd be like, God damn it, Brandon,
guys, we need to save the honey. Take the honey.
Over there. Then we had the fucking lava and
the meteorites coming down. Listen help me.
I got smacked by one of those. That fucking sucked.
I had a lot of stuff on me. Dude, dude, that tape upgrade or
whatever you get with the boxes, so useful.
The hands. Get the hands.
You can take like the biggest bumps and your boxes will not go
flying. Otherwise you crash into each
other and the boxes cross the map.
Yep, go on, pick them up. Or if you've got the honey now
you just wasted honey. Oh yeah.
Like because it goes all over the place you.
Know so bad? But I mean it's.
Same thing with the eggs. In the fuck?
Oh, the eggs. But no, we, we, we definitely
got into like a rhythm. I'm like, OK, we're going to
start throwing this shit, man. What was really funny?
The one with the fruit, we had the meteorites coming down and
it slammed down to my organized pile of everything.
Oh my God. The kid basically told you to
fuck yourself. Oh.
My gosh, I was like, all of my sticks.
Meanwhile, I'm just like. You know, I'm just like hi Mark
by Mark while I'm drifting pick up and just.
Fucking glide and then the meteor comes down.
Hey, you're bringing, you're bringing shit over to me.
Hi, Brandon. Bye Brandon is.
He recreation. No, literally I would just I
would just fucking just boost. Like I would pick up Boost Boost
and then I would be at Brandon's, drop it off, turn
around by drifting and then like.
Drifting, Tokyo. Drifting.
You are good at drifting. Yeah.
I can't. Do it man.
It's I'm like watching your ass like God damn he fucking good.
Wow. Hey, Cherries.
Because like I said, I'm just like, here you go breaded
cherries. Here you go Brandon cherries.
Here you go Brandon Kiwis. Here you go, Brandon.
Blueberries. Blueberries.
Hey man, I see you running low on Cherry so I'm giving you back
stuck. And it was like, it's right on
time. Yeah.
And you know, like it's, but like I said, watch where you put
your fucking thing at your your forklift.
Be sure not to hit the God damn button.
Don't be like me. Don't be like me.
God, But it was so funny though. Oh God, that was so I think it
was, it was more your reaction, Ethan, that just sent me because
I'm like, I know I fucked up, you know, Oh, you know, I'm
like, I'm like sitting here laughing and shit, but I'm also
like, fuck, you know, it's easy to do that.
Like serious. It's so.
Easy. It's easy to.
Be mindful of that. No, I was a fucking drift king
that last week. Yeah, that was so good.
And like I had like all the upgrades, like the hands, the
drift, the the fucking, the turbo booster.
So when I drifted, I gained it back faster.
You get it back twice as fast. Yeah, it's dumb.
That's why I was able to drift, drift boost, drift boost, boost,
drift boost, boost. It's like what?
We we have found out the meta of this game.
Actually being competent adults. I am now forklift certified.
Remember. You might as well be after being
able to drift. Like that like like if your
entire team for one is autistic and.
Man, you're right bro. And very organized with how we
function. It's just gonna make a breeze
for these challenges. You have the great autismal over
here. You it is I Autismal the great
I. I am ADHD mast grandmaster.
What do you Brandon? What do you want to be labeled
as? There's.
Nothing I can use at this point like he, I I could be quote UN
quote autistic. I don't know for sure, but
pretty sure at this point I think I'm starting to notice
things. I'm still stuck on Gray dot.
That's what I'm saying. I'm stuck on that too because
that was good. What do you think?
Plank good? The fact he is still in here.
You ain't leaving. Have you sanded him down at
least? I did get splitters from him.
No, I tried. I tried to toss him on.
He just teleported back in like, well, it's one of those things
where you toss them out, you look back.
If he's going to stay here a while, I do recommend just
sanding him down a little. Yeah, I probably should.
Yeah. I just don't want to like, ruin
his face. We could just redraw it on.
No, but the the originality dude, the power hold the holes.
More than anything, it's probably going to be like the
sides and everything. Yeah, just the quarters of the
sides and stuff. Yeah, we don't.
We don't want to. I really.
The face is too much. I just I just you just saying
that you throw him out and he comes back you.
Know. Just yeah, you scare.
Someone you know you like clear your dust off your hands.
You look big. I just had something in my head
of like, the fuck make that happens to you?
Camera pans over fucking planks right there.
It's one of those old shitty YouTube horror videos people
make. It's not even.
Horror. We can't forget this.
It's like it's like that Japanese girl with the fucking
weird looking pencil. I'm pretty sure I've said that
multiple times and you guys are just now picking up on it.
Hey, it's been sparingly. Oh, OK, the great Ontismo and
you guys OK. Why are?
We fucking until now what? He's registered.
It's like months in between us saying.
It was our the Grand Ontismo. Now we got to get you a costume.
Anyway, Brady. I need a Cape.
It's. Going to be no capes.
It's going to be like the the one villain from Teen Titans
where he weaponized Britain, but he just weaponizes autism.
That's my brother. The densest moving object to
ever exist. Very few people would get that
reference. God.
God damn it. Anyways, moving on, Brandon, do
you have another game? Yes, the grand.
It's grand artismo. It's my alter ego.
If you walk somewhere now, you're just going to hear that.
Background. Behold, it is I, the Grand.
Artismo. He walks into the front door.
Behold the grand artismo. Have like a fucking top head in
a key. You have a moustache too?
Yeah. Dressed up?
Yeah, you actually. Have two monocles.
I have like a dollar store magician.
Not even glasses, just two monocles.
That funny fuck. No, I have these sunglasses at
at at the Art Museum. There's this image of a guy with
really weird sunglasses on that I make fun of every time I see
it. Is it like the Gurren Lagun ones
where it's just like the giant fucking V?
No, it's I'll show you. I'll show you after the
episode's done. But you'll get, you'll get the,
you'll get the idea. Yes, I, I, I have one that I
want to play. It is out.
Yeah. On Steam, so it is Dungeons of
Eternity. Oh yeah.
Why not Dungeon crawler VR? Yeah dude, it what we we were
hoping it would have been on sale during was the autumn sale?
Yeah, but it was not. Most likely it will be on sale
during Christmas. Little mention, I was hoping
that The Secret of the Mimic would be on sale during the
Autumn sale. That too, and it was not.
I'm not going to get further into.
It OK, I'm just like. What's he going to say about
you? Give me, I said.
I wasn't going to get further into it.
Yeah, I found that painting real quick.
Oh God, What? What it makes his eyes look so
far. Apart such phasers to fun Miss
Topsy? Yeah, I don't know.
I got something to build a stork and they were.
Yeah, let me, let me see. Oh God, what's what's the
painting? Called actually if you use the
quadratic formula set to eat π = 3.
Actually it's fuck you for having me.
OK, let me see you get keys all. Right.
Dungeon of Eternity, yes. I'm not making an account to
view it, I just wanna. Dungeon of Eternity.
Yeah, Dungeon of Eternity. It is.
AVR dungeon crawler. The very mysterious Jackman
telling us about it. Currently right now on Steam, it
is 30 bucks. Like I said, we're waiting for
it to go on sale. I mean 30 bucks isn't too bad
but. No.
But we're also close to Christmas now, so that the
winter sales should be. A lot of games are going to go
on sale. Yeah, and I'm getting 100 bucks
for Steam for Christmas so. Damn dude, I'll probably get 40.
Just enough for Secret of the Mimic full price.
Yeah. But yeah, this is definitely
something I I wanted to play. I love like the fantasy like
dungeon crawler esque stuff. That's that that's my Forte on
this. Again, it is VR, so you will
need AVR headset for it. But it like I said, it is out,
came out actually in September of this year.
God damn I actually didn't realize it.
Oh, does it actually have a release date now?
Yeah, I mean it it release September 11th.
I thought it released before. I don't know.
Yeah, I want this. I want to, I want to go dungeon
crawling and killing shit in VR. That would be kind of cool being
a hack and slash in VR. Yeah, really.
I don't know if you can, like, choose different classes.
I'm assuming you can, but this, this would be cool.
See, Mark, we've got to get you a VR headset now.
Yeah, yeah. Hopefully you don't punch a hole
in your all. Right for Christmas, Mark now.
Just to go back to that painting, it's called Nathaniel
Olds. It's in the Cleveland Museum of
Art. OK.
Yeah, it's by Jeff the Homer weed.
The zoom type. Yeah, something like that.
Yeah. I'm going to get into my next
game, though. I've showed you guys this, guys
this. I found it at work on Twitter,
and it was the funniest 30 seconds of my life.
It's called Densha Tech, and it is, it looks like what's
supposed to be like a Sonic game where you go level to level.
Some Sonic games where you go level to level where you play as
a trainer. OK.
And there's these, like, rails that you can like, kind of go
across kind of like Subway Surfers where you can like, you
know, slide across the. Yeah, yeah.
Sometimes there's just a singular rail.
There's even boss fights and everything.
Like one of them is a giant sandworm that sends baseballs at
you and you can knock them back to the fucking.
There's even a point where like the rail ends you, you like you
jump off it onto a Ferris wheel and you start like rolling
backwards so the wheel spins forward and like supersonic
speeds and you go into the water and you're like dodging pipes
and shit. I don't think I showed you the
trailer. I've showed Brandon.
It looks dumb in love with it. Is it just like I'm watching
this? I'm like, OK, because the
because the introduction just like train wheels ambience,
train wheels, ambience, train wheels ambience and it just gets
into the fucking chaos of the and I think, hold on, let me
check. I think it comes out quarter one
next year. And I am, and I got to say this,
Densha, I think Japanese. I think you can hate me if you
want. If I'm wrong means train.
OK so it's literally just train attack but they use the A at the
end of attack to be the beginning of the like Dench
attack. Oh, I see.
Yeah, so it's all one word instead of Densha attack.
All right, so where is it? It is.
Oh, it just says 2026. I swear it's at quarter one.
Maybe I'm thinking of a different game on my list, but
yeah, it's, it's so fucking funny.
Oh my God. And you can even get like
different skins as well. Like it'll be like a like a
monorail or it'll be like a a bullet train or maybe even like
a steam engine. I think you just start off with
like, what looks like a cargo train.
Yeah. No, no, no, not a cargo.
Like maybe a caboose. I don't know.
It's it's weird. I'd have to.
I'll have to show you after this.
Yeah, Yeah. It's just one of those silly
games that looks fucking fun. You get any more Mark you, you
haven't really said in many and you can think of hold on.
I mean, you talked about Generation 0.
You talked about help me out here.
Good. Outer Wilds.
Yeah, Outer Wilds, there's also that one that the one on your
wish list, like actually on your wish list as well.
Industries of Titan? God I haven't looked at that in
years. Fair.
Enough. Let's see one of the.
It's like a, it's like a a factory game.
The other space factory game I want to check when that released
actually for you because I think that might be like a decade old
one. There was at least that 1.1 game
on your wish list that was a decade only mark.
Jesus. I I know a planet base used to
be on there I think, and that was, that was something that I
was really interested in. Oh, never mind, it's only two
years. Industries of Titan Mixed
reviews 13123. That's why I'm kind of like, I
don't know on that one, right? Outer Wilds, definitely another
one that I was interested in at one point was Planet Base.
It's really old. Basically, you're setting up
moon bases and you're trying to grow your colony to be
self-sustaining, and then export materials and stuff to meet
Yeah, to build a strong economy and whatnot.
I mean, I know we kind of talked about it like in last episode,
but Astra near, what do you think about that?
Astra near looks interesting. I still need to see a little bit
more of it because I'm still not certain.
A lot of a lot of the stuff that I like is like heavy industry
stuff. It's not going to be like that.
Yeah, I see. I already saw it's not going to
be like that, but it's still, it still has its own sort of like
charm and interest to it that I kind of want to explore.
Right. I mean like kind of what I've
shown you and like where you just explore the planet, get
resources, build stuff. That's pretty much the whole
idea. Now art.
Style is really good for it. I do like it.
No, it can get a little more complicated than that.
Like, yeah, because you'll also have like forges, like there's
the, there's the smelting furnace where you turn resources
into refined resources. But then there's also the forge
where you can take like 2 materials and put them together
as well to make other materials. And that can also be a thing.
There's also like a gas collector.
So like certain resources in the air, they'll be like, oh, let's
say helium. So you can use that to collect
helium and it'll make a helium resource.
Yeah. But yeah, no, I'm definitely
interested in it, especially just kind of see how stuff kind
of pieces and slots into each other.
That was pretty interesting too. I mean maybe like once I'm, I
think maybe two more planets because I finished the 1st
planet. Now, I can go do these plants
whenever I wanted to, but I usually like to go to the core
for a reason, for a specific reason.
Anyway, I can give you these planets whenever I wanted to.
Yeah. So maybe like another two
planets you'll start to, like, really see more of the whole
game. Yeah.
Anyway, what about you, Brandon? You got another game you're
looking at over there. I was I was looking at Astroneer
that does it really reminds me of planet craft.
Yeah, we need to get back into that, by the way.
Yeah, Planet. Crackers.
They did another update. Yeah, they yeah, they did
another DLC. It's a toxic planet.
Yeah. Oh, nice.
Yeah. Oh, I think I was saw that one
of like the dev logs or whatever, like yeah, here's to
be what's expected in the future.
Yeah. I will say like it's one of
those games like Estener, it's one of those games where like
once you finish it, it's hard to start again.
Yeah. Yes, that's very hard.
That's why when we started our world in Planet Crafter, after
I've been playing for a while with having all this stuff,
yeah, it was very hard for me to get past it, but once I did, it
was fine because. When I played it on Xbox with
Nick, I was like man I wanna go back and get that achievement.
And he was like, this is like an end game achievement too.
So I tried playing and I'm like this isn't the same planet I had
And I just went like I wanted all the easy access that I had
on the. First, Yeah, yeah, no, it's
brutal trying to get it, get it just going.
So after it starts kind of going, it starts taking off.
Yeah, that's why I like, I waited a couple years before I
was like, I want to trash in here again.
Yeah. So.
Holy shit. Oh.
Shit, that was the best one so far, yeah.
No, you're not going to get it again.
It's going to happen. He's.
Trying to get the slow one. Jesus Christ that chair is going
to break. Man, those hinges are so old
they sound like your knees. There goes the I was going to
say, there goes the chair counter, chair squeak counter,
but I guess not. There's the branded knees.
Counter now no so I I have a another game real quick it it
just came out in November. It's called my little puppy.
OK. So the premise of the game is
you are a dog who has passed on, OK, on the Rainbow Bridge and
you get a cent of your owner maybe also in heaven or coming
and you have to go find him. And I play the demo for this.
It is such a cute game, but it is also kind of sad in the
regard of, you know, you, you know, your heads passed on and
you know, because, yeah, you play as a little corgi in the
it's if you wanted to see what you look like.
Halo. Halo Oh, I've seen that at
least. Like the game on the?
It's so cute during the demo. You like you actually leave
heaven. Yeah.
And you're, I don't want to say you're, you're necessarily back
in like the living world. I think you're you're somewhere
still out of like being alive, I guess you could say, but the
Halo on your dog I think goes away.
Yeah. And this was because he left
heaven. Yeah.
Yeah, you're just a little adventure in finding your human.
And during this demo, you get to like bring back a really like
kind of like screwed up a forest that's like all grey and what
not. Yeah.
And then you you bring it back with the help of like some other
animals and you bring it back to being all like green and
beautiful and what not. It's cool.
It's a cool little game. Yeah.
But again, it also has its sad moments.
But it doesn't seem to be, like, fully of that.
Yeah, it's just you want to find your human.
Yeah. It's just fucking cute.
I love the dog. He can make them bark, growl,
growl, schniffle, growl. It's cute.
I like. That and it's only $25.
And this isn't it. It's.
Real, real cool. Wow, yeah, you play that man.
Oh shit. I'm just going to throw in
something real quick. I'm go for it, OK?
I'm excited for what are the upcoming Hell Divers updates?
You want to know why? Why we're getting magma planets?
Let me just do that real quick. Yeah.
So that's how I feel about this. It's supposed to be atomic ton
update. OK, that makes sense.
And we're going to magma worlds, which are covered with active
lava pools and lava Kaisers. So it's funny, on the Talk of
Hell divers, have you guys seen anything on our graders?
I've seen a little bit. OK, I heard a little bit from my
friend but like. Right.
Now. From what I've been hearing is
that the community is in flux. Yeah.
There's PvP community in it and a Pve community in it, and it's
one of those games. It's an extraction game.
Yes. And one, one of the big aspects
of it is that your PvP area and your Pve area are the same area.
And when you go out into the world, you go to get resources
and stuff, you have to interact with other players as well as
the environment, and you can't necessarily trust anybody you
meet. So there's kind of this growing
rift between the community of there are people that want to
focus on the Pve elements and engage in the PvP elements from
time to time. But there is a growing faction
of people, nominally lots of streamers, lots of clip farmers
who want to focus on solely the PvP aspect in trying to farm
players and stuff like that. That's exactly why Helldiver
said no PvP, right? Yeah.
You know, after hearing like PvP aspect, yeah I'm just going to
stick with hell divers. Yeah, no, I.
Had way more phone hell. Divers I would hold off on Arc
Raiders for now to see where the devs want to go with it.
Yeah. Because ultimately it's it's the
devs decision to try to try to lean into which side of the
debate they want to be on and which audience they want to
cater to. But the the majority of players
that you interact with just want to get some resources and get
out. So you don't really deal with
them. But there's been lots of push
from streamers and entertainers to sow chaos within the game
itself. Yeah, because that's.
So you just really don't know right now.
Yeah, yeah. No, like that, that kind of
already kind of told me like I don't want it.
Yeah, I'd I'd say at least hold off until we hear war.
I'm not the biggest fan of PvP games anymore.
Like, I mean, I'd liked him, you know, back when I was a kid,
like 13 or whatever, playing Call of Duty or whatever.
Yeah. I've kind of moved away from it.
And even though like getting like a little older, like Rogue,
it was like a game. There was like Rogue something
where it was like kind of like Rainbow 6 Siege or whatever.
Yeah, like those team based shooters where you have like one
life. Rogue Company.
Yeah, Rogue Company. I just forget that art.
Yeah, Rogue Company. I've tried Rainbow 6 Siege.
Oh. God.
You're just asking for hell. Yeah dude, yes, I tried League
of Legends for like a month. Yeah, that's another.
One just don't like the only really hero shooters that I
played that was really just really PvP games.
That was hero shooters, and it was like Overwatch one.
Yeah, even then. And.
Although we had some really good times for a watch one.
Yeah, but there was also plenty of game modes to help feel that
too. Yeah.
And eventually the custom modes once you could.
Yeah, the regular. PPP modes were great when we
just locked in, yeah. I feel that man.
What I really like was Paladins. That was my jam.
Yeah, that was your jam. To never got the never played
it. I mean, it's free, you could
always try it if you wanted to. I'm gonna make myself think it's
Overwatch. Yeah, but I mean, there are.
It has a similar feel, but it's also got it's got really
different takes. I will say there's a lot of
characters where you can be like that ability is from this
burden. You can just Overwatch it, but
like pretty much put your own character, like out of the
abilities. Yeah, there's a lot like what
the a lot of the newer characters, not so much.
Yeah. But like, for example, Makoa, he
like his ability is Winnie, like his ultimate is he's like, oh, I
get like I double my health and I get I get an anchor to swing
with and he's a tank. So like, he can either place
down his shield or he can then make a shield, or he can like
crawl on the ground and make the shield around him.
Yeah. Or it's on the ground and he can
like, walk around, whatever. And then you can also be like
Rd. Hog.
Yeah, bring to me. God I remember doing that shit
with Rd. Hog man be a big asshole.
Yeah, motherfucker. Yeah.
I I I miss Overwatch 1 so much because I fucking rocked the
tank roll. Dude, I.
I I fucking loved it dude. Fucking When I first played it,
I'm like how do I play? Sorry and like my friend was
like I just play Zuri and I do great.
I'm like, I could not figure out.
And then like like a year or two later, I'm just like, I'll try
Zuria. Oh my God.
Oh my God. Yeah, yeah.
Man like. You, you and I paired so well.
I play Zuria no matter which tank, Rd., Hog, Reinhart,
whatever other R. Was a frontline tank.
He was kind of like a midline tank.
Arisa yeah, I would just be like, and it would be constantly
like when I was playing Zuria, I was like, oh, 80% of the match
high, like high absorption or whatever it was called.
Yep. Jesus Christ.
Yeah, and I remember when they fucking released her.
Yeah. There's some.
Oh yeah. God, man, we are so fucking
excited about that. That was so good.
I fucking. Love the I was excited about Ash
Ash. Ash was pretty cool, but you,
you've got to really be. I love Zenyatta.
Oh my God, dude, I get a headshot.
Motherfuckers. I I love the image somebody made
of how the different healers react.
It's like everybody's fleeing and then Zenyatta's like there's
no reason to flee if they're all dead.
Yeah. If you really lock in with
Zenyatta. Yeah, because you can be like,
you can be like Discord orb charged and just fucking kill.
God. I mean me like I, it's funny, I
didn't use the the charge a lot. I I did use it, but I was more
throw, throw, throw and getting head shots and shit.
Dude, I'd be pissing everybody off.
I was one of those filter Reaper bands.
Yeah, I can. Pretty much play everybody,
though. You can ask Mark.
I could pretty much play everybody, yeah.
Anyway, he he had an affinity for Reaper and he was really
fucking good with it. Yeah.
Yeah, I was for DPS and healer. Yeah, I played strictly tanks.
He did. I could not figure out other
roles. It was occasionally.
He'd be like, I'll try this guy it.
Was like no I can't do it, tanks all the way one of my.
Favourites was Doom Fist though. Yeah.
I was going to ask him Doom. Fist is here fucking.
Doom fist man I can't remember this but fucking my buddy Nick.
Doom fist fist like unhealthily pissed him off.
He did not like do pissed. Dude, I still remember when I
got the pixel art for Lucio. Oh.
Yeah, so you have to kill 3 enemy as well while writing
without touching the ground, yeah.
That's a motherfucker. I think when I checked on Xbox
when I got it was like .002% of people have it.
Yeah, I think Nick, actually, I think he got that cuz he was a
Lucio. Yeah, I wasn't a Lucio man at
all. Oh, it just happened.
Well, OK, here's the thing. There was like 1 map where there
was a pillar and there was like on top of the pillar there was
like a platform that extended out and then went to either
side. Yeah, I know.
So yeah, on that pillar, if you wall rid, you just went.
Yep. And so I just did that.
Just waiting for your perfect wait for the.
Perfect. Moment.
Not even that. I just was like, as I was just
like, 'cause you didn't even have to like put any input.
You just stuck to that pillar. Yeah, and you just went around
and around and around. I just got kills that way.
It's OK. Yeah, I could.
It was pretty easy, but otherwise you're like how the
fuck do you do this? It's it's not easy.
I could definitely say one of my favorite events from that game
was the the Mace snowball fight. Oh God against.
Made me so. Against Winston?
Yeah, the Yeti. Oh, that's.
So so in most matches it was just kind of boring because a
lot of people don't know how to play Winston.
Yes. And then I would fucking rip and
tear is Winston. It'd be fucking.
Awesome. OK.
But like responding in those random people, though, it was
pretty fun. Yeah.
Yeah, that was always, that was always just fun.
I think one of my favorite skins ever was the Block Bastion.
Yeah. All the Lego bastion, yeah.
Yeah. When he breaks apart, just.
I know fucking Lego Yoda death sound or whatever fucking.
I remember telling you guys about that and you just didn't
hop on. Yeah, like yo guys, Lego Bastion
crickets. Yeah, all.
Right. You just got to play 9 games or
wouldn't I get whatever it was? Yeah, I went.
For it. I did too as soon as I did.
I'm like getting it. Yeah, I wanted it so bad.
Yeah, I would always do Recon Bastion.
I mean occasionally do turret Bastion, but if you want Recon
Bastion you would always get a card at the end of the game,
yeah. Yes, yes you would.
Because it's like, Oh yeah, Recon kills because no one plays
in Recon mode. He does dump damage in Recon
mode. He.
Just did dumb damage out there in general, it was amazing.
See, I gone back to the events for a second and then we'll.
Yeah, probably ended, yeah. I really loved the Halloween.
Halloween. Oh, Doctor Junkenstein.
Yeah, the Halloween 1 was just top tier all the time.
There was never anything wrong with.
It but what's so what's funny? OK it.
Got so hard once you got went up the dip it culties.
Yeah, so that's where I was going to go with that too, but
also with Overwatch 2 because they they still do it.
I'm surprised. And we're ending the episode
here. Watch too.
Yeah, honestly silence for some reason even on because I'll
usually I play 1. Normal.
It felt like I was playing on the hardest difficult.
We were getting fucked and it's like why this is?
They fucked it up. I was gonna say that sounds like
a bug. That yeah, it's it had to have
been. It was bullshit, right?
But no, in Overwatch one yeah, that.
God, I love that fucking. I I think, I think we were able
to beat one step down from the hardest.
I think so, but every time we get to the hardest we just got
wired. Oh my God.
It's it was not. Actually didn't help with the
symmetry being like the shield shield.
All over, across the entire fucking bed.
And here she. Man, remember when her shit used
to lock onto? You ohh it was so awful.
I I felt bad for my friends or a couple of times I crashed the
fuck out. Yeah, I was slamming my
controller on my desk. OK.
But I kind of like the fact that when you have it on the person,
it does more damage, more damage, more damage.
Yeah, yeah. I couldn't stand it.
I was I was crashing. I'm not, I'm not saying the lock
on, I'm saying like just beam, straight beam.
And then if you're on, if you're on more and more and more.
I kind of like that though, yeah.
OK, that yeah, yeah, yeah. But no, when it used to lock on
man, I told. My God, she was the character
with the most changes on the first game.
My God. Yeah, she was, wasn't she?
She had the most change of alts in the game.
Yeah. She was the only person in the
game to have two alts of the set.
I am not counting Diva. That does not count.
And they're also they fucking had fucking nerf in quotes.
Mercy. I know the whole thing of
providing the entire team is kind of bullshit.
Yeah, especially when you just wasted like an alt or two.
Yeah, but besides that, like they just, they were just
continuously nerfing her. I think it would have been like
fine if you didn't like if you revive them at like quarter
health or something, yeah. Yeah, instead of full.
Yeah. Yeah, honestly, that would have
been not being good because I. Like there was no if ants or
butts, it was 25% health and like Shields I think of risk
ahead. So like, maybe not including
Shields or no armor? That's what it was, yeah.
I'd say 25% health and that's it.
Right. Yeah.
You know, they they, I got so pissed when they started her for
her like into the ground, right? Like I'm like, I love playing
Mercy, man. There were so many other ways
you could have changed that. Yeah, instead of just there
drawing the care you. You remember that period of time
where it was like almost impossible to play a tank?
Oh, are you talking? No, we're not talking about.
I thought you were talking about the the strategy.
We go 3, tank 3. So so so, so I'm not talking
about like a goats, I think it was.
Yeah. Yeah, no, I'm talking about
there was a there was a period of time in the game where just
being the tank role was nerfed so hard it was nearly impossible
to really do anything as a tank because you would just get
gangbanged by everybody else and you're you would just be wiped.
This was before, I think, the rework of the armor system.
Yeah, I think I know. I Dharma, it was such a bad time
to play a tank character because you were just so squishy.
Yeah, you could not fulfill the tank role.
Yeah, which is the total fucking opposite of a tank.
Yeah, really. Anyway, I think we're gonna end
it there. We're a little bit overtime.
So a. Little overtime, a little off
topic. It's time to.
It's fine, it's the end of the episode.
Yeah, end of the episode, end of the.
Year. This will go perfectly into the
next episode anyway, yeah. Yeah, well.
But that'll be all for us today, and this week and this month and
this year's now. Oh, OK, my bad.
My bad. I was getting too far ahead of
